Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Wi-Fi Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise wireless networks, particularly Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale Wi-Fi environments with high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks across multiple sites
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco WLCs (IOS-XE)
Implement and maintain Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network automation, assurance, and analytics
Perform wireless site surveys, RF design, and capacity planning
Troubleshoot complex wireless issues related to RF interference, roaming, latency, and throughput
Integrate wireless networks with LAN/WAN, firewalls, NAC, and security platforms
Implement and support 802.1X, WPA2/WPA3, ISE, and guest access solutions
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues
Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts
Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in network and wireless engineering




Robust expertise in Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs, RF design)
Proven experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, QoS
Experience with Cisco ISE and wireless security best practices
Strong troubleshooting skills in large, high-density Wi-Fi environments
Familiarity with tools such as Ekahau or similar (preferred)
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Certifications
CCNP Wireless / Enterprise
CCIE Wireless (preferred)
CWNA / CWDP (plus)

Nice to Have
Experience with Wi-Fi 6 / 6E deployments
Exposure to SD-Access
Experience in healthcare, finance, or large campus environments

Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning, identification of EN business opportunities.
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
