Job Summary
D365 F & O and AX 2012 that provides application support for the respective technology areas of D365 Production (Inventory, Master Planning, Production, and Quality Control).

Must Have
• Experience in Advanced Warehousing Concepts
• In-depth knowledge of product, purchasing, and distribution processes Production (manufacturing) knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in integrations with third-party applications.

Nice to Have
• Experience in business requirement documents and functional design for customizations.

Must Have
• Documenting the process and informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project
• Analyzing, designing, and configuring the solution, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly in ERP to meet client requirements.




• Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables.
• Support the delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables.
• Support the delivery team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration.
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.

Nice to Have
• Involvement in delivery of estimation and client presentations, Discovery sessions, Process improvement best practices

Key Responsibilities
1. To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities
2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions
3. To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution
4. To design, structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
5. To cultivate successful customer relationships
