Job Summaryey Responsibilities:
Firewall Management:
Configure, upgrade, manage, and optimize Cisco ASA and Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) firewalls.
Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, and intrusion prevention systems.
Conduct firewall audits, rule base optimization, and compliance checks.

Cisco ISE Administration:
Design, deploy, and manage Cisco ISE for network access control (NAC) in Multi Node HA deployment.
Implement AAA policies, device profiling, posture assessment, and policy enforcement.
Integrate ISE with Active Directory, PKI, and other enterprise identity systems.
Upgrading/patching ISE as per OEM guidelines





VPN Expertise:
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IPSec VPNs for site-to-site and remote access.
Deploy and support Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client for remote workforce.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and secure connectivity for VPN solutions.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of AnyConnect VPN client issues, authentication, and encryption issues.

Incident Response & L3 Support:
Act as the L3 escalation point for firewall, ISE, and VPN-related incidents.
Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent solutions.
Collaborate with SOC/NOC teams to resolve complex security issues.

Security Architecture & Compliance:
Participate in designing secure network architectures and VPN strategies.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical training sessions.
