Job Summary
The SME – Active Directory Service Interfaces is responsible for the end‑to‑end administration, stability, and optimization of enterprise Active Directory and identity‑related services, including integration with collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace (G‑Suite). This role provides subject matter expertise, supports complex migrations and transformations, and ensures high availability, security, and operational excellence across large, global environments.

Key Responsibilities
Active Directory & Windows Server Management
Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (2008–2019) with strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
Manage and troubleshoot AD‑integrated services including DNS, DHCP, WINS, NPS, SSO, and related identity components
Perform Active Directory backup, restore, authoritative recovery, and disaster recovery operations
Monitor and analyze Event Viewer logs, proactively identify errors/warnings,



and resolve critical AD incidents
Manage Active Directory replication, site topology, and conduct deep maintenance activities to ensure directory health

Skill Requirements
Strong experience administering Windows Server 2008–2019 and Active Directory services
Expert knowledge of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, replication, and domain services
Hands‑on PowerShell scripting experience
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, protocols, and connectivity troubleshooting
Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace (G‑Suite) administration and migrations
Proven experience supporting large‑scale, global enterprise environments
Backup and restoration of Active Directory
Monitor Event Viewer Log for error and warning
Troubleshoot and Monitor Critical AD alerts
Knowledge of networking equipment, protocols, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
PowerShell scripting Hands-on experience.
Active directory replication and Deep maintenance experience.
DC rebuild and Migration knowledge.
