Job Summary
Design:
• Architect multi-cloud connectivity, routing, segmentation, and hybrid on-prem integration.
• Design CI/CD pipelines, reusable automation frameworks, and IaC-driven workflows.
• Develop WAF rule logic, governance models, lifecycle strategies, and runbooks.
• Produce detailed architecture diagrams and multi-account/multi-region designs.
• Plan scalable network architectures supporting 100+ VPCs.
Build:
• Deploy cloud networking components: AWS Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, Azure Virtual WAN, Cloud Hub.
• Build reusable automation modules, WAF rule groups, and logging pipelines.
• Configure CloudFront + WAF, Kinesis logging, and multi-cloud provisioning workflows.
• Develop and maintain Python 3 automation scripts and CloudFormation IaC templates (JSON).
• Deploy ELB/NLB/ALB and integrate required 3rd-party vendor solutions.
Operations:
• Execute multi-cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage VPCs/VNets, routing, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, Transit Gateway, Virtual WAN.
• Perform DevOps CI/CD changes, IaC-driven updates, and multi-cloud monitoring.
• Operate and troubleshoot WAF platforms (AWS WAF, Cloudflare), including rule updates, overrides,



logging, and compliance audits.
• Support Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls, Cloudflare workers/page rules, and API Gateway operations.
• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, backups, SOPs, and configuration repositories.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Terraform And Azure Iaas/Paas To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Ensuring Timely Resolution And Adherence To Service Level Agreements.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents, Implementing Robust Solutions To Address Technical And Security Issues Within Azure Kubernetes Environments.
3. Facilitate Knowledge Management By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, Contributing To Continuous Improvement Processes, And Providing Training And Coaching To Junior Analysts.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Reinforcing The Organization'S Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Opened Cases While Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform.
2. Solid Knowledge Of Azure Iaas And Paas Services.
3. Experience With Azure Kubernetes Service (Aks) For Container Orchestration.
4. Familiarity With Incident Management Processes And Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
