Job Summary
This role provides solid expertise in infrastructure management consulting, supporting clients in optimizing their IT environments and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The position contributes to the delivery of infrastructure assessments, solution recommendations, and implementation support, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assess IT infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
2. Develop infrastructure optimization plans by leveraging VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource utilization and scalability.
3. Support implementation of cloud migration strategies using AWS and Azure, facilitating seamless transition and integration of client systems.
4. Analyze network security posture with Cisco and Fortinet solutions, providing actionable recommendations to enhance protection and compliance.
5. Prepare and present technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues using ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Skill Requirements
• 15–20 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, with a strong focus on wireless technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently in high-pressure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards.
• Solid understanding of WPA2/WPA3, EAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, and 802.1X authentication protocols.
• Experience with RF fundamentals, channel planning, band steering, and roaming optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ArubaOS, ClearPass, Aruba Central, and Cisco WLC, ISE, and DNA Center.
• Configuration and deployment of APs in various environments (indoor/outdoor, high-density, mesh).
• Expertise in AP modes (local, monitor, flexconnect, mesh) and RF tuning for optimal coverage and performance.
• Familiarity with AP join processes, CAPWAP protocol, and troubleshooting AP connectivity issues.
• Expert-level knowledge of ArubaOS, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and SD-WAN.
• Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
• Proficiency in routing and switching (Layer 2/3), VLANs, DHCP, and firewall integration.
• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible preferred).
• Familiarity with other vendor solutions (Cisco, Meraki, Mist) is a plus.
• Aruba certifications such as ACMP, ACMX, or Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with scripting (Python, Ansible) for automation and reporting.
