- Robust understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy,



and organic growth techniques

- Ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends and platform updates

- Experience managing community interactions through stories, comments, and chat features

- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio)

- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and workflow optimization is a plus

- Excellent communication skills and a portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content samples
