- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation.
- Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.
- Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. '
- Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Expertise in Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.
- Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
- Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.
