About Diamondtine-

Diamondtine is a New Delhi-based fine jewelry manufacturer and retailer specializing in solid gold, natural diamonds and precious gemstone jewelry.

Through our three jewelry brands, we serve international customers and sell handcrafted collections across global e-commerce marketplaces. We are expanding our international marketplace operations and are looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce professional to help manage and grow our presence on Etsy, eBay and Walmart Marketplace.

About the Role-

We are hiring an International E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, optimize product listings and communicate with overseas customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands online marketplaces, enjoys working with product data and can communicate professionally with international buyers.

You do not need to be a jewelry expert. However, an interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury products or accessories will be valuable. We will provide training on our products, materials and jewelry terminology.

Key Responsibilities-

- Marketplace Management

Manage day-to-day operations across Etsy, eBay and Walmart Marketplace.

Create, update and optimize product listings using marketplace dashboards and bulk-upload templates.

Maintain product variations, pricing, inventory, shipping profiles and product specifications.

Monitor marketplace account health, policy notifications and listing compliance.

Resolve suppressed listings, listing errors and marketplace support cases.

Coordinate promotions, coupons and marketplace campaigns.

- Listing Optimization

Write explicit,



persuasive and search-friendly product titles and descriptions.

Research relevant keywords, search terms, categories and tags.

Improve existing listings to increase visibility, traffic and conversion.

Ensure that product information—including dimensions, weight, materials, gemstone details and customization options—is accurate.

- International Customer Communication

Respond professionally to buyer inquiries, custom-order requests and product questions.

Provide shipping updates and coordinate post-purchase communication.

Manage cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes and customer escalations.

Maintain a prompt response rate across all marketplaces.

- Reporting and Coordination

Coordinate with the production, inventory, shipping, photography and design teams.

Ensure that product images and other digital assets meet marketplace requirements.

Review competitor listings, pricing and marketplace trends.

Required Skills-

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, cataloguing or account management.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: Etsy, eBay or Walmart Marketplace.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience communicating with international customers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of product listing optimization,



marketplace SEO and keyword research.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product specifications and pricing.
- Ability to manage multiple listings, orders and customer conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Skills-

- Experience managing two or more international marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Etsy Ads, eBay Promoted Listings or Walmart advertising tools.
- Experience with jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, accessories or other specification-heavy products.
- Basic understanding of gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, jewelry sizing or product measurements.
- Experience with international shipping and export orders.
- Familiarity with image-editing or marketplace product-image requirements.

Working Schedule-

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Second Saturday of each month off.

24 paid annual leaves.

Office located near South Extension Metro Station.
