Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to support the CEO in managing strategic initiatives, business operations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth execution of key business priorities and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Calendar Management

Manage and coordinate CEOs Meetings, Appointments, and business schedules.

Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items by closely working with concerned HOD's

Play multiple roles, collaborating with HOD's in driving smoothly the operations

Driving the assigned KRA's/KPI's

Business Operations & Administration

Drive and coordinate HR, administration, and general management initiatives.

Support organizational planning and execution of key business activities.

Assist in developing business growth strategies and organizational initiatives.

Prepare strategic presentations, reports, business proposals, and management dashboards.





Conduct market research and provide insights to support business decisions.

Support execution of business-driven projects and initiatives.

Events, Exhibitions & Forums Plan, coordinate, and manage the CEO's participation in exhibitions, industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Handle logistics, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and event preparation.

Required Skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Knowledge in P & L, Balance Sheet & Business Numbers

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in executive coordination and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), AI Tools

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience supporting senior leadership level executives.

Background in business operations, strategy, administration, or program management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
