Job Summary
Oracle Fusion Contracts (supporting projects): Led end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Customer Contracts module, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborated with business stakeholders to translate contract management needs into functional specifications aligned with Order-to-Cash and Revenue Management processes. Configured contract templates, billing schedules, revenue recognition rules, and approval workflows in compliance with business policies and regulatory requirements. Performed fit-gap analysis, identified process improvements, and recommended best practices for contract lifecycle management. Supported integration of Customer Contracts with related modules such as Receivables, Projects, Procurement, and Subledger Accounting. Conducted UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepared training materials, and delivered end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Provided post-go-live support, troubleshooting functional issues, and coordinating with technical teams for enhancements and bug fixes.



Ensured data accuracy and compliance through periodic audits, reconciliations, and reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analytics.
2. Design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations in oracle fusion otbi.
3. Provide technical expertise in oracle fusion otbi to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
4. Customize and configure oracle fusion otbi to enhance reporting capabilities based on business requirements.
5. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on utilizing oracle fusion otbi for data analysis and decision-making.
6. Stay updated on oracle fusion otbi features and enhancements to recommend best practices and improvements.
