Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage Ams Pdk Design Expertise To Ensure That Products Exhibit User-Friendliness And Intuitiveness, Optimizing Design Processes To Create Seamless User Experiences Through Iterative Design Methodologies.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Guiding Them In Delivering High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Business Goals And User Needs, While Promoting A Team-oriented And Creative Design Environment.

Present Design Concepts And Articulate The Overall Design Vision And Strategy To Stakeholders, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives And Fostering Stakeholder Engagement.
