Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.

- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and critical hiring requirements.

- Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, and leadership positions.

- Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche recruitment mandates.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.

- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, MIS, and hiring metrics.

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and external recruitment partners to support hiring objectives.





Requirements6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with robust exposure to plant-level and non-IT hiring.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants, factories, engineering units, or industrial operations.
Expertise in hiring for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Stores, Procurement, EHS, Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Commercial functions.
Hands-on experience in leadership hiring, lateral hiring, and bulk/volume recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with plant heads, functional managers, and business leaders.
Proficient in sourcing through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and networking channels.
Experience in recruitment MIS, ATS platforms, hiring analytics, and TAT management.
MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
