Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance department.
Build, train, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team productivity and performance.
Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Establish KPIs and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Payroll & Employee Compensation
Oversee payroll processing for US-based employees across multiple entities.
Review payroll data including timesheets, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and employee advantages.
Coordinate with payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Monitor payroll controls and maintain complete payroll documentation.
