Job Description

The selected candidate will independently manage litigation matters before various courts and tribunals, contribute to legal strategy, and represent clients across diverse practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and NCLT proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, written submissions, legal opinions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Commercial Courts, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
- Manage court filings, procedural compliances, and case documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court authorities.
- Mentor junior advocates and oversee litigation matters from initiation to disposal.
- Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted legal research tools.

Qualifications

- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
- LL.M. will be an added advantage

Experience

5–9 Years of post-qualification litigation experience.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: Half Day

Salary

₹7 – ₹20 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience, court exposure, drafting ability, and overall suitability.)
