Location; Any WFH/Hybrid Shift: Must be flexible with IST & US time zones. Skills: Experience in terms of ownership of large-scale implementation programs, including responsibility for overall delivery, governance, budget management, resource strategy, or executive stakeholder management Key project management disciplines, including governance establishment, scope management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and client escalation handling Must have worked on technical Payroll implementation projects Experience: 8+ years Max CTC can be offered: 25LPA Role Purpose Responsible for supporting multi-country workforce management and absence system initiatives through structured requirements definition, vendor solution validation, configuration documentation and project management support. Key Responsibilities • Lead structured documentation of 1) Workday absence requirements and 2) Time & Attendance software and hardware requirements across multiple countries. • Facilitate requirements workshops with HR, Payroll and Operations. • Validate vendor solution alignment against documented requirements. • Support payroll project managers with time & attendance system implementation parallel to payroll system implementations. • Support functional deliverables across phases (design, build, test deploy). • Define and monitor implementation readiness. • Identify cross-stream dependencies, additional costs and timelines risks. • Ensure system configuration & process alignment with regulatory requirements and data privacy considerations. • Support go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization tracking. • Ensure alignment between payroll configuration and time/absence system logic. • Escalet payroll cross-stream design or sequencing risks.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to support integration design, dependencies and risks. • Support development of test scenarios. • Support validation of data migration and reconciliation processes. • Support development of structured change management plans for Workday and WFM system implementations. • Assist with preparing business-facing communication. • Identify and escalate business readiness risks and stakeholder resistance. • Support stakeholder engagement activities across global and local HR, Payroll and IT teams. • Support training and enablement for end users and system administrators. • Maintain RAID logs & track country level implementation milestones & actions. • Prepare structured status updates. Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in Time & Attendance and absence system implementations. Solid understanding of Time & Attendance processes, Workday absence, payroll data dependencies, overtime logic, approval workflows, scheduling, workforce analytics and integrations. Experience in multi-country system implementation programmes. Experience supporting UAT and go-live readiness activities. Ability to translate business needs into structured system requirements. Comfortable with engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels across global and local teams. Ability to independently lead workshops and coordinate requirements gathering & reviews. Experience with cross system integrations (HR -> WFM -> Payroll data flows). Experience operating in a complex global environment. Structured and detail-oriented with a proactive risk identification mindset. Comfortable operating in ambiguity. Ability to operate independently. Strong stakeholder management & presentation skills.
