Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End US Payroll Processing
Multi-State Payroll Management
Payroll Tax Compliance (941, 940, W-2, W-3 & 1099)
Payroll Reconciliations & Reporting
Client Coordination
Payroll Tax Deposits (EFTPS)
Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience with ADP, Gusto, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Rippling, or similar payroll software
- Strong understanding of US Payroll Laws and FLSA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
