- Lead end-to-end project management commissions, taking full responsibility for design project delivery from inception through completion
- Provide strategic support on major design projects, managing specific aspects of service delivery and ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Manage design consultants and coordinate consultant appointments, fostering cooperative relationships that enhance project outcomes
- Oversee commercial and budget management,
ensuring projects are delivered within cost targets while maintaining quality standards and timelines
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external stakeholders, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution
