Job Description:

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across all plant operations.
- Develop TPM strategies to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall plant efficiency.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement improvement plans to maximize productivity.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and preventive actions for recurring equipment failures.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices throughout the organization.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and projects teams for seamless plant operations.
- Establish maintenance KPIs, monitor performance,



and present MIS reports to senior management.
- Develop maintenance budgets, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance TPM awareness and technical competency of plant personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company maintenance standards.
- Candidates with extensive experience in TPM implementation, maintenance excellence, and steel or heavy manufacturing industries will be preferred.
