Job Description: A Rice Mill Supervisor oversees the daily milling operations, ensuring paddy processing targets and quality standards are met. - Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end milling process—from raw paddy intake, cleaning, and parboiling to husking, polishing, grading, and packaging. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Monitor critical parameters such as moisture content, broken grain percentage, and foreign matter to meet industry standards. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Manage shift schedules, train plant operators and laborers, and track attendance and daily labor requirements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery runs efficiently, coordinate routine servicing, and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Record Keeping:

Requirements & Qualifications
