Essential Job Functions:

- Implementing the company’s Transition Management Framework for scientific management of transitions and providing assurance to clients for successful closure of the same.
- Work closely with the Sales team in planning the transition kick-off calls post SOW is signed.
- Interact with client contacts and internal stakeholders (top management, OCR development team and senior department managers) to design and develop business solutions.
- Design, drive and implement all end-to-end tasks involved in the transition and setup of new projects,



including fulfilling hiring requirements and collaboration with the training team and client for Knowledge Transfer and working with the Technology team for transformation.
- Ensure process stabilization by working with Operations teams and drive successful handover to Operations / Service Delivery teams.
- Act as a key contact for all project-related queries and information during the transition phase.
- Propose creative solutions to internal operational and administration issues and aid in problem resolution.
- Design and develop general business documentation like frameworks for different departments.
- The role demands creative thinking, exceptional writing skills with a thorough knowledge and understanding of US Mortgage business functions.

Qualifications:
Requirements

- Experience in leading the Transition function.
- Has independently led transition projects.
- Exposure to BFSI domain or US Residential Mortgage will be an added advantage.
- Preferably PMI and Change Management Certification.
- Strong stakeholder management and project governance experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
