Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety
standards are met.
 Manage and supervise production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive
setting.
 Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and achieve
production targets.
 Monitor and control production costs, and identify areas for cost-saving without
compromising quality.
 Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure they are in optimal working
condition.
 Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in production processes or equipment
failures.
 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within
the production environment.
 Work closely with R&D;, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure the
seamless integration of new processes and improvements.
 Prepare and review production reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely
reporting to senior management.

 Develop and execute training programs for production personnel to enhance their
skills and knowledge.
 Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce
waste.
