Area Business Manager – Delhi, covering Delhi, NCR, Chandigarh, Dehradun

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Achieving SMART target for a world class range of cosmology products through science-based promotion to top cosmetologists, dermatologists and NTOs (nontraditional outlets)
- Recruiting, nurturing and managing a team of well-paid Sales Executives.
- Creating / managing distribution network
- Conducting various MDAs (market development activities) as per given strategies, communicated from time to time.

Desired Profile:

- 1st line managers, experience of covering cosmetologists, dermatologists with premium range of specialized products.
- Track record of handling a team of 5-6 people for more than 2 years
- Go getter and high appetite to grow to next level quickly
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Well versed with mobile based reporting, MS-Excel and MS-Power point.
