Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues like wear or damage, performing rotations and alignments, managing inventory, ensuring safety, and advising customers on tire care. They use specialized equipment for tire changes, balancing, and alignment to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.
Core Responsibilities

- Inspection: Examining tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Repair: Fixing punctures and other tire damage.
- Installation & Replacement: Removing old tires and installing new ones on various vehicles.
- Balancing & Alignment: Performing wheel balancing and alignment services to ensure smooth vehicle operation.
- Maintenance: Conducting tire rotations and other routine maintenance tasks.

Equipment and Tools Tire changers, Tire balancing machines, Alignment machines,



and Air compressors. Customer Interaction
- Consultation: Advising customers on tire care, replacement options, and the best tires for their vehicles.
- Service: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any service issues.

Work Environment and Safety
- Working in a quick-paced environment, such as a vehicle repair shop, tire store, or dealership.
- Adhering to all safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.

Other Duties
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed.
- Assisting with managing tire inventory and supplies.
- Performing roadside assistance for tire-related issues.
