We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Shift Engineer to oversee and manage production activities in plastic moulding operations. The role involves supervising machine operators, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day shift operations of plastic injection moulding machines.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization, production planning, and timely delivery of output.
- Set up moulds, monitor parameters, and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and resolve product non-conformance issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Train and guide operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.




- Maintain production reports, shift handovers, and documentation as per SOPs.
- Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines, moulds, and processes.
- Ability to handle shift operations independently.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Familiarity with production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field.
