Job Description: The Head of Sales for a steel manufacturing company drives revenue by setting strategy, leading the sales team, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence, requiring deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation, and excellent relationship-building to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through effective market analysis, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement profit-maximizing sales strategies, set annual/quarterly targets, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales professionals; monitor performance and foster a positive team workplace.
- Sales Execution: Oversee lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure, focusing on project, industrial, and corporate segments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients,



ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Brand: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, represent the company at industry events, and ensure brand awareness.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and market reports to senior management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in steel industry sales (TMT, structural, coils, etc.).
- Strong understanding of steel markets, grades, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Ability to travel frequently.
