- Lead and develop the bench sales team, handling recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Build solid client relationships, addressing inquiries and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Streamline processes, reduce costs, and maintain high service quality and compliance.

- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

- Foster a collaborative work environment and provide continuous coaching to the team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.





- Proven operations management experience with a focus on leadership and service delivery.

- In-depth understanding of processes and industry trends.

- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
