Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Assist in onboarding and induction processes

- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

- Draft HR policies and documentation

- Support employee engagement activities

- Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning

- Generate HR reports and MIS as required
