- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies.

- Receipt and Storage: Overseeing the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes, and storing them appropriately.

- Dispatch and Issuance: Fulfilling orders and requisitions, ensuring the correct items and quantities are issued, and maintaining records of transactions.

- Record Keeping: Utilizing inventory management software or other systems to track stock levels, transactions, and other relevant data.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and adhering to company policies.

- Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure the timely availability of materials.
