Salary: ₹6-7 LPA
Experience: 2-3 years in the Insurance Industry
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Products: General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Motor & Non-Motor Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell insurance products to individuals and agents.

- Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

- Provide clients with quotes and proposals, highlighting product benefits.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring sales targets are met.





- Offer after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and recent insurance products.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a sales role.

- Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to conduct market research and client analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.
