Job Description:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including logistics coordination, inventory control, and staff supervision. This role requires a highly organized individual with robust leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics processes, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Management: Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, timely replenishment, and reducing discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations:



Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, coordinating with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS): Utilize WMS to track inventory, manage stock levels, and generate reports on warehouse performance.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by implementing safety standards and conducting regular inspections.
- Cost Efficiency: Analyze operational costs and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce expenses.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.
