Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects related to production, procurement, sales, and delivery in the plywood industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project goals align with company objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for plywood production, procurement, and delivery projects.
- Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Team Coordination and Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales, and logistics departments.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor team progress.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.





- Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.

- Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and adjust project plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges or changes in scope.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource utilization, and cost management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
