Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and provide expert advice on saree selections, including fabrics, patterns, and styling.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store sales goals, handle transactions, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current saree trends, designs, and fabric care.
- Showroom Management: Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked, assisting with merchandising.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build rapport, address complaints, and follow up to encourage repeat business.
- Inventory & Operations:



Participate in stock replenishment and maintain sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous retail sales, especially in fashion, textiles, or apparel.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of sarees, textiles, and fashion.
