Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP).

- Create and manage sales and purchase invoices as per company policies.

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including voucher entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

- Support in preparation and filing of TDS and other tax-related documents.

- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation related to accounts.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

- Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary financial data.





- Perform any other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and other ERP/accounting software.

- Basic understanding of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.

- Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Positive organizational and time-management skills.

- Freshers with internship experience or up to 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome.
