Project Management - Two TracksTechnology TransferManage transfer of customer specs, formulas, analytical methods, and manufacturing processes into Hubot's production environmentCoordinate documentation readiness including batch records, test methods, and specifications before first runAlign SAP master data and part numbers prior to production activationSupport transfer risk assessments and gap analyses with quality and technical teamsInnovation ProjectsManage current product development from customer brief through lab scale, pilot, and commercial launchTranslate customer briefs into internal project plans with clear milestones, owners, and stage gatesCoordinate formulation, analytical, regulatory, quality, and production teams through each phaseOwn client-facing communication throughout: structured updates, expectation management, and risk escalationDrive pilot to commercial scale, coordinating scale-up validation, packaging trials, and first production readiness? Specification ManagementOwn the full spec lifecycle: creation, revision, approval routing, version control, and distributionManage spec change requests end to end, tracking approvals, timelines,
