Senior Architect (7–20 Years Experience)Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) / Pune (Baner)Company: Architect Rushikesh HEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleArchitect Rushikesh H is looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of large-scale architectural projects including townships, residential developments, commercial office buildings, mixed-use projects, malls, multiplexes, and hospitality developments.Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.- Develop Master Plans, Layouts, Concept Designs, Working Drawings, Tender Drawings, and Design Presentations.- Manage and mentor teams of Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsmen.- Coordinate with RCC, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.- Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, local regulations, FSI, sale area, and BUA calculations.- Attend client meetings, presentations, and project review sessions.- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.- Prepare BOQs,



technical specifications, and tender documentation.- Drive design excellence, value engineering, and innovative solutions.Required SkillsStrong design and planning capabilities, excellent understanding of building construction, RCC, steel structures, and building services. Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.Software ProficiencyAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / (M.
