Responsibilities:


- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, curriculum -aligned lesson plans for Grades 7 to 9 English as per the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.

- Use a variety of teaching strategies and technology tools to support diverse learning styles and promote active participation.

- Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.

- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records; communicate with parents and guardians on student development and challenges.

Requirements





Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or a related field; B.Ed. in English or Education is mandatory.





- 2–5 years of proven experience teaching English to students in Grades 7 to 9, preferably in a state board or CBSE/ICSE affiliated school.

- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching, such as Google Classroom, MS Office, and interactive whiteboards.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement student -centered learning activities and assessments.
