About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive sales and on-ground market presence for our Spaceo Robot. This role combines direct sales ownership with field marketing initiatives, requiring a hands-on individual who can generate leads, build relationships, and actively promote the product in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Spaceo Robot across target industries
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, events, exhibitions, and on-site activations
- Conduct live product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Visit client locations regularly to build strong on-ground presence and brand visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and gather market insights
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized robotic solutions




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for successful deployment
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for product and marketing improvements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or field marketing (preferably in B2B or tech products)
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently perform live demos and interact with diverse clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, events, and activations
