Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and internal communications
Participate in HR meetings and contribute to administrative support

Requirements:
