Job Description

We are seeking a Service Now ITSM Developer to design, develop, and support IT Service Management solutions on the Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Incident, Problem, Change, and Request modules
Configure workflows, SLAs, and catalog items
Create integrations and automation solutions
Develop reports and dashboards
Support platform enhancements and upgrades




Work closely with business and technical teams

Required Skills
Robust experience in Service Now ITSM development
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience in scripting, integrations, and Flow Designer
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
