-time Job Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Service Agents and Ground Staff.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
Handle passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Check and process passengers' travel documents
Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations




Handle flight disruptions and rebook passengers as needed
Conduct security checks as per airport regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
