Job Description
Experienced in Story writing in Service Now JIRA, SDLC Agile module, Visio, and expected outcomes based on customer communication.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, and solid attention to detail required.
Must have Knowledge of Modules - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident response & Threat Intelligence
Good to have knowledge – GRC & Security Operations Center.
Understanding of the basics of REST and SNOW Integration
Positive to have knowledge of Service Portal & Workspaces.
Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs, and opportunities for improvement in the implementation.
Close collaboration with Developer, Solution architects, and other team members for the requirements and associated functionality.
Demonstrate solid ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies.
