Job Summary:
Subject matter Expert for Global Benefits program management and administration.
Manage the complete employee advantages lifecycle including enrolment, disenrollment, and updates while ensuring seamless data integration across systems and regions.
Assist in insurance renewals and manage vendors/service providers.
Partner with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to support cohesive advantages administration across regions.
Collaborate with the system team to integrate and implement leave policies across different geographies.




Conduct regular reviews and updates of leave policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
Oversee and manage leave data reporting across geographies, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Review and validate employee leave data in the HR system to ensure alignment with established leave policies.
Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer queries.
Able to support on Projects and ad hoc requirements.
