Description: Executive – Business Operations & Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Generate the leads by use of online lead generation platform like IndiaMART, Exporters India, Website, Email, Whats App. and database
Skills require for quote preparation, customer calling, supplier coordination and email marketing
Robust Communication and Customer Service abilities
Studying the market and identifying current markets for developing current business accounts
Planning a sales campaign suited to consumer trends
Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders.
Manage Purchase Orders, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.
Coordinate payment follow-up with customers.
Support export and domestic sales activities.
Maintain CRM, inquiry tracker, and business reports.




Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to reporting manager
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Skills Required
Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and online business platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
