Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Note: This is a long-term role. We're looking for someone who can commit for at least a year.

About the Role

This is not a typical desk job.

We work across concerts, luxury weddings, and branded shoots. The pace is quick, the environments are high-pressure, and the output needs to be sharp.

We're looking for a shooter Cinematographer + editor — someone who is comfortable behind the camera and equally confident in the edit.

If you understand how content performs on Instagram and You Tube, and can shoot with that in mind, you'll do well here.

What You'll Work On
Instagram Reels and You Tube Shorts
Long-form cinematic edits
Concert aftermovies and live-event content
Luxury wedding films
Branded and commercial projects

You should be able to shoot and edit for both vertical and horizontal formats without overthinking it.

Responsibilities
Shoot and edit both short-form and long-form content
Cover live events, weddings,



and commercial shoots
Edit with strong pacing, music sense, and storytelling
Frame shots with platform-specific output in mind
Work closely with the team on concepts and execution
Handle equipment responsibly
Deliver work on time, consistently

Requirements
Solid camera fundamentals (DSLR / Mirrorless)
2–3 years of experience in shooting and editing
Comfortable with gimbals, lighting, and audio
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Good understanding of Instagram & You Tube content
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
Self-driven and detail-oriented
Willing to work in office, 6 days a week

Bonus: Driver's license and a hands-on approach during shoots
