Job Description

Quess Corp is looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – Java + AWS Cloud to join a leading global banking and financial services client. We are seeking a solid backend developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless technologies who can contribute as an Individual Contributor in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications in an Agile environment.
Build high-quality, scalable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless architecture.
Ensure code reusability, performance, and application reliability.




Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in CI/CD implementation and Dev Ops best practices.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless Architecture.
Experience with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Git Hub, Git Lab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Valuable understanding of Jenkins Pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
Experience with React JS.
