Job Description – F&B; Manager (Promoters Service)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage food & beverage operations for Promoters and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients at a corporate office. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VIP events, and special occasions.
Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement, and other support teams for seamless operations.
Maintain strict hygiene,



food safety, and quality standards.
Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
Monitor inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.

Eligibility & Experience
Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
Proven experience in managing VIP, VVIP, or UHNW client services is highly preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality standards and fine dining etiquette.
