Preparation of QSM, QSPs, Equipment SOPs, and parameter SOPs, General SOPs as per ISO standard.
Work instructions and flowcharts.
Verification of daily IQC data.
Verification of Monthly EQAS/ILC data and CAPA.
Preparation of Training Plan for QA departments.
Conducting training programs for QA department.
Evaluation of Training Questionnaires.
Planning and Conducting of Internal Audits.
Issuing of Technical formats.
Planning for external trainings.
Evaluation of customer complaints and clinicians feedback.
Preparation of current forms.
Planning of Management review meeting.
Risk Management.
Daily Non-Conformance reports
Equipment calibration and maintenance plan with Biomedical Team.
Selection for buying Recent equipment with management
Monitoring stores department for QC consumptions
