We are seeking a Service Now ITOM Senior Developer with robust expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management to build and maintain enterprise-scale infrastructure visibility solutions. Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage Service Now ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Maintain and optimize CMDB (data model, health, governance)
Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Develop integrations with monitoring tools and external systems
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams
Identify and resolve performance and data issues
Required Skills
Robust Service Now ITOM experience
Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt
CMDB design and data governance
MID Server setup and troubleshooting
Scripting (Java Script, Glide)
Basic knowledge of networking, cloud, and infrastructure
