Open Positions Team Lead – Business Development

Experience: 10–15 Years

Business Development Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for ERP, LMS, Campus Management Systems, and other EdTech SaaS solutions.
Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and institutional enterprises.
Generate new business opportunities through consultative selling.
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer success.

Additional Responsibility (Team Lead):
Lead, mentor,



and drive performance of the Business Development team while achieving revenue targets.

Requirements
Experience selling EdTech SaaS products such as School ERP, College ERP, LMS, Campus Management Systems, or related enterprise solutions.
Robust B2B enterprise sales experience in the education sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
